Greek Skillet Dinner

Cool fall temperatures need hot skillet dinners and this one is a winner!  My family loves it and its quick to make.

Greek Skillet Dinner

1 Box Sea Shell Pasta, medium size
1 lb. Lean Hamburger
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 /1/2 to 2 Cups Beef Broth
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (optional)
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (Yes, it's true!)
1 Can Green Beans
Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Cook your sea shell pasta noodles and set aside.  In a heavy skillet, brown hamburger in a little oil with garlic and salt and pepper to taste.  Drain off fat and return to skillet.   Add in tomato paste and broth and combine together- should be consistent to a chili.  Add in diced tomatoes if you would like and season to taste.  Add in cinnamon (really adds a great flavor here) and green beans.  Finally, add your pasta and serve until well incorporated.  Serve with Feta sprinkled on top!  Enjoy!!
